One of my favorite people ever remains is Mother Theresa.  She emphasizes that in order for you to fill your cup with love, your must first empty yourself of all that is not loving. Rid yourself of all negativity- fear, envy, anger, worry, and resentment.  It makes perfect sense!  Why drink clean water from a dirty cup?
