"It was our first experience at an orthodontic office and I can't imagine it going any better. The customer service was above and beyond from our initial call to the office, through our entire appointment. You could tell everyone loved working there and was there to help us as patients! Dr. McSurdy was very friendly, professional and efficient. The office answered all of our questions and my daughter was so excited the entire visit! They made it fun and she is really looking forward to getting her braces on in 2 wks and even has her colors picked out already for the bands. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience wonderful and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a high quality practice!"
