Refer a Friend Giveaway

Do you LOVE Dr. McSurdy’s office? Do you want to own your very own Amazon Echo Dot? Well, you’re in luck!

How to enter:

1. Refer any non-family member to our office from now until December 28^th, 2017.
2. If they begin active* treatment from now until December 28^th, 2017 you will be entered into the raffle for the Amazon Echo Dot.
3. Active treatment is someone who has never been to our office before. Patient must start with braces or Invisalign treatment.
4. Once the new patient starts treatment, the referring friend will be entered into the drawing.
5. The more you refer the more entries you will receive.
6. Make sure your friend mentions your name when they call or come into the office.
